Operations assessment
Tell us where your operations are getting stuck
Not a contact form. An operational assessment — describe one process that is costing you time and we will tell you where the delay actually sits, what could be automated, and whether it is worth doing first.
- A reply within one working day, from someone who reads it
- A working session, not a sales pitch
- An honest answer if software is not your problem
- No proposal document until we understand the process

Questions
Before you get in touch
What happens after I submit this?
We read it properly and reply within one working day, usually with two or three specific questions about the process you described. If we think the problem is not one software should solve, we will say that too — it happens, and it saves everyone a month.
Is the consultation free, and is it a sales call?
It is free, and it is a working session rather than a pitch. The useful version of this conversation is you walking us through one process end to end while we ask where it breaks. You should come out of it with a clearer view of your own bottleneck whether or not you work with us.
Do we need to have decided what we want before contacting you?
No. 'Not sure yet' is a legitimate answer on the form and a common starting point. Describing a process that is painful is more useful to us than naming a solution.
Will you need to visit our plant?
For process mapping it helps a great deal, and where distance allows we prefer to do the early sessions on site — a lot of what matters is visible on the floor and not in a meeting room. Build, review and support work perfectly well remotely.
What do you need from us to get started?
Time with the people who actually run the process, rather than documents. An hour each with the store keeper, the line supervisor, the purchase person and whoever compiles the reports tells us more than any specification would.
