What we do
Map → digitize → automate → connect → measure
Most of the companies we work with are not short of software. They have an accounting package, a CRM perhaps, several spreadsheets that genuinely run the operation, and a great deal of work that moves over WhatsApp. Every one of those tools does its job.
What is missing is the connection between them — so the work that passes from sales to production, from production to stores, from quality to dispatch, is carried by people remembering to carry it. That works until the business grows, and then it stops working in a way that is difficult to point at.
Our work is the joins. We map how information actually moves through your company, design the workflow it should follow, build the system that enforces it, and put a dashboard on top so management can see the operation without asking anyone for a report.

We will tell you to buy the package
Where your process is genuinely standard — payroll, statutory accounting, GST returns — packaged software is better and cheaper than anything we would build. We say so, and we integrate with it.
We will not digitise a step that should be deleted
Some steps exist because of a constraint that disappeared years ago. Automating one of those just makes waste happen faster, so we raise it before we build it.
We will not lock you in
Documentation, code and data handover are part of delivery. If you want to take the system to your own team or another vendor, you should be able to. Being the only people who understand your system is not a business model we want.
We will not publish a number we cannot verify
There are no invented statistics on this website. Where we have not measured something, we say that instead of estimating it in our own favour.

You will work directly with the people building your system — there is no layer between the person who maps your process and the person who writes the software, and we think that is the main reason the mapping stays accurate. Team composition for a specific project is something we set out honestly at proposal stage rather than in a website claim.
You used to be known for web and app development. What changed?
The work did. Building operational systems for manufacturing and industrial clients turned out to be where we were most useful and where the problems were most interesting, so we have repositioned around it. The engineering capability is the same; what changed is that we now lead with process rather than with software.
Do you work outside Gujarat?
Yes, across India. Process mapping benefits from time on site so early sessions are in person where distance allows, and build, review and support work remotely without difficulty. Being in Surat means we are within reach of a large number of textile, packaging, engineering and chemical operations.
What technology do you build on?
Mainstream, well-supported web technology that runs in a browser on desktop, tablet and phone, deployed either on your own server inside the plant or on cloud infrastructure. We deliberately choose boring and durable over novel, because these systems are expected to run for years and to be maintainable by someone other than us.
Can you work alongside our in-house IT team?
Yes, and it usually produces a better result. Your team knows the plant and the politics; we bring the systems engineering. We are equally happy to build to a defined point and hand over.
