Operations assessment
Tell us where your operations are getting stuck
Four short steps about how your operation actually runs. We ask about departments and current software because the answer changes what we would recommend — a five-department plant on Tally needs something quite different from a single unit on spreadsheets.
- Three minutes, and the first two steps need no typing
- A reply within one working day, from someone who read it
- A working session, not a sales pitch
- An honest answer if software is not your problem

01 — Your operation
What kind of operation are we looking at?
Three questions, no typing. A seven-department plant running on Tally needs something quite different from a single unit on spreadsheets — this is where that fork starts.
We use these details only to prepare a response to your enquiry. No newsletter, no list, no third parties.
Questions
Before you start
How long does this take to fill in?
About three minutes. The first two steps are tap-select with no typing at all. Only step three asks you to write anything, and that is the part that actually changes what our first reply says — so it is the part worth your time.
What happens after I send it?
You get a copy of your own answers by email immediately, and a reply from someone who has read them within one working day — usually with two or three specific questions about the process you described. We work Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm IST, so a Friday evening enquiry gets a Monday reply rather than a weekend one.
Is the consultation free, and is it a sales call?
It is free, and it is a working session rather than a pitch. The useful version is you walking us through one process end to end while we ask where it breaks. You should come out of it with a clearer view of your own bottleneck whether or not you work with us.
What if I do not know what I need yet?
“Not sure yet” is one of the options on step two, and it is a common and completely legitimate answer. Describing a process that is painful is far more useful to us than naming a solution.
Who sees what I submit?
It goes to one inbox at Nij Web Solutions and nowhere else. Enquiries from manufacturing businesses often contain operational detail — volumes, customers, suppliers — and we treat that as confidential. You are not added to any list.
